What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in via Google, your name and profile picture. We do not store passwords. We record the last date you signed in to your account.
How we use your data
Your email is used to send a sign-in link (magic link) and, if you opt in, a weekly digest of price updates for locations on your watchlist. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We use no third-party advertising cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics (aggregate, anonymous) to understand which pages are most visited.
Third-party services
Authentication is provided by NextAuth.js. Transactional email is sent via Resend. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy — we never see or store your card details. Property data is sourced from INE Portugal, EEA, JRC Copernicus, and other public datasets.
Data retention
Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
