We are property investors who got tired of making decisions based on gut feeling and broker promises — across borders, currencies, and markets. So we built the tool we always needed.
Our Story
DistrictScore was built out of a personal need. As buyers of real estate across the US and Europe, we experienced firsthand how difficult it is to evaluate an unfamiliar market without local knowledge — inflated broker listings, outdated statistics, and opinions dressed up as analysis.
We decided to go to the source: official transaction registries, national statistics agencies, environmental bodies, and geospatial data providers. The result is a platform we use ourselves when evaluating locations across the US and Europe — and now make available to anyone planning a property purchase.

We work exclusively with verified, official data. No broker listings. No estimates.
Verified sale prices, rental data, and construction permits — MLS-based US market trackers and national statistics agencies in each covered country.
US federal 18-hazard risk data — flood, wildfire, earthquake, hurricane and more — scored per census tract nationwide.
American Community Survey income, housing, and demographic data plus TIGER/Line geographies for every US neighborhood.
EU Joint Research Centre. EFAS flood risk rasters at 100-year return period resolution across Europe.
PM2.5 and air quality rasters with full European coverage.
Aviation noise exposure mapping based on real flight path and airport data.

Markets don't lie — brokers might. Every metric on DistrictScore comes from a primary source with a direct link. If we can't verify it, we don't publish it.
We don't take commissions on listings. We don't promote specific properties or developers. Our only product is analysis.
Every score shows its methodology. Every figure shows its source and the date it was last verified. You decide — we just make sure you decide with real information.
